By using Chichicherry's shipping services, you agree to the following terms. These terms ensure clarity regarding our processing, shipping, and delivery procedures.

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time

All estimated/typical delivery times are based on actual data from previous orders. These are approximate times for reference only.

Processing time

The processing time begins on the day you place your order. Processing time is typically 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Order cut off time is 5:00 PM CST. Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping time

After processing, the estimated shipping time is 5–7 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays), depending on your location.

Total Delivery time

Total 6–10 business days, including processing time and shipping time, from the date you placed your order.

Please note

  • Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, as courier services operate on a restricted schedule. Normal service resumes immediately after holidays.
  • Incorrect address details or unforeseen courier delays may affect delivery times.

Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number.

For customers in the United States, we use USPS.

Changing your address

Once an order is placed, our fulfillment team processes it within 1–3 business days. If you need to change your delivery address, contact us immediately at support@chichicherry.com with your name and order number. We will do our best to update the address before shipment.

Please note: address changes are not guaranteed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Cancellations

If you change your mind after placing your order, you may cancel it within 5 minutes for a full refund. After this 5-minute cancellation window, your order will begin processing and can no longer be cancelled.

Unexpected delays

Delivery may occasionally take longer than the standard timeframes. If your package exceeds the estimated delivery window, please contact us — we will assist however we can.

Parcels damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, refuse delivery and notify us immediately. If the parcel was delivered in your absence, please contact customer support for next steps.
