30 Day Return Window

Return Period: 30 days from the date your order is delivered

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Preferably in its original packaging.
  • Products with excessive wear, damage, or missing parts not due to our error will not be accepted for return.

Note: Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.

How to Return Your Order

For Voluntary Returns (change of mind, size, etc.):

  1. Download and print our Return Form
  2. Complete the form and place it inside your package
  3. Email us at support@chichicherry.com to request return approval and instructions
  4. Ship your item using any trackable courier service
  5. Share the tracking number by emailing support@chichicherry.com

For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

We will issue a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Shipping Cost Responsibility

  • Damaged or incorrect items: We cover all return shipping costs
  • Voluntary returns or exchanges: Customer pays return shipping costs

Return Method

Products must be returned by post. In-store or kiosk returns are not available.

The fastest way to receive the desired item is to return the original and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval.

Approved refunds will be:

  • Issued to your original payment method
  • Processed within 10 business days
  • Subject to your bank or credit card provider's processing time

No restocking fee applies.
